PDI 2024 Community Service Project (Tuesday, May 28 1 PM - 3 PM)

Join ASMC volunteers to pack emergency food boxes, which are distributed all throughout Arizona to families in need of assistance.  

To sign up, please visit http://americansocietyofmilitarycomptrollers.stmarysfoodbank.volunteerhub.com/ and follow these directions:

• Create an account to register for event
• Skip affiliations and click next at bottom of page
• Enter your contact information
• Select “American Society of Military Comptrollers” registration block

Transportation to the St. Mary's Food Bank from the Phoenix Convention Center will be provided. Volunteers will receive an email with more specifics on where and when to meet closer to PDI. 

If you register and your plans change, please log back into your St Mary’s Food Bank account and select the box that says cancel registration.

Drunk Shakespeare at The Rose Theater (Tuesday, May 28 @ 7:00 PM)

$56/person (Strictly 21+)         
Five Professional actors meet as members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society. One of them has 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a major role in a Shakespearean play. Hilarity and mayhem ensue while the four sober actors try and keep the script on track.

The venue has opportunities to purchase drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) and snacks at the show. A seasonal menu will also be available at the show and everything can be ordered from and delivered to your seat.

Upon claiming your tickets near the PDI information booth on the day of the performance, you may enter our special drawing to be The King (or Queen) of the show. Proceeds will go towards our charity, the Paralyzed Veterans of America.  King/Queen is for two people and they will receive:

• Their own regal throne
• Royal crowns to wear during performance
• Bottle of champagne
• Fine caviar & handmade chocolates delivered to your throne
• Two signature cocktails with premium liquor
• Decision-making powers during the play including “Off with his head” or “pardon the fool”

Chapter Street Party (Thursday, May 30 @ 6:30 PM)

ASMC has proclaimed 2024 as the Year of the Chapter! Join us on Thursday, May 30 from 6:30PM to 9:30PM for the ASMC Chapter Fair Street Party located at Canyon on Third in the street! Canyon on Third is an outdoor, urban event space located just outside the Convention Center. Help us create “Unity in the FM Community” by celebrating ASMC's chapters across the world during this lively outdoor event!

The dress code for the evening is appropriate business or business casual attire.
