Course Attendance & CPE Information

In-Person PDI 2024 Participation

ASMC will utilize Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to track session attendance at PDI 2024. You must be registered for PDI and wear your name badge for the entirety of the conference. It is required to enter each session within five minutes of the start time, and you must stay for the full session to be eligible for credit. Name badges must be clearly visible during all event sessions.

Information regarding the eligibility and earning of CPE credits is detailed in ASMC’s PDI 2024 platform. Please refer to the CPE Credit tab in the left side navigation bar on the home screen of the platform.

Virtual PDI 2024 Participation

ASMC will verify session attendance by tracking log-in and log-out times. Credit attendance is determined by session reporting when an attendee logs into the platform with their unique ID (email address). Only the attendee tied to that email address will receive credit. Please keep note of your agenda and the sessions you attend.

Further Information regarding the eligibility and earning of CPE credits is detailed in ASMC’s PDI 2024 platform. Please refer to the CPE Credit tab in the left side navigation bar on the home screen of the platform.

NASBA at PDI

ASMC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37219-2417 or through its website at www.nasba.org.

Please Note: Due to strict NASBA requirements, NASBA credits cannot be awarded to virtual attendees or attendees watching post-PDI recordings. ASMC’s PDI 2024 will offer several in-person sessions that are qualified for NASBA credit. Unfortunately, ASMC will not be able to offer NASBA credit for virtually live-streamed sessions or post conference recordings due to the requirements.

For NASBA qualified sessions please reference the PDI 2024 Program Agenda to see eligible sessions, along with the program level, learning objectives, and fields of study/competencies. To receive NASBA credit you must complete a required survey. Fields of study/competencies include: Accounting, Communications, Computer Software and Applications, Finance, Human Resources Personnel, Information Technology, Management Services, Personal Development, Personnel Human Resources and Specialized Knowledge.

Participants will be able to select pre-PDI courses during the registration process, and availability is limited for these sessions. These offerings will include courses from Management Concepts* and complimentary Microsoft courses.
