Venue, Hotel & Travel Information

ASMC is pleased to partner with area hotels near the Phoenix Convention Center to offer PDI attendees the Federal Government rate. So that we may control costs and provide you with accurate housing availability, please complete your PDI Registration prior to making housing reservations. Once you register for PDI 2024, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to make hotel reservations. Please do not make hotel reservations until you have received the email link.

**Please beware of hotel scams by way of phone calls and/or emails. Again, you will receive instructions in your registration confirmation email regarding how to make hotel reservations.

PDI 2024 will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center located at 100 N. 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

Hotel Accommodations

PDI registration is required to book your room in the ASMC PDI room block. Once registered for PDI 2024, you’ll receive a confirmation of PDI registration email which will include a link to book in the event room block. 

PDI registrants that book their hotel through the room block will receive an email with hotel confirmation from their hotel in early May (after the room block closes May 3). 

Limited shuttle service will be provided in the morning and evening to and from the Marriott Phoenix Airport and Crowne Plaza Airport.

All hotel room rates are set at the government per diem of $157. Email asmchousing@imnsolutions.com for housing support and questions.
 

The only official housing partner for PDI 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona is IMN Solutions Housing.

ASMC does NOT sell attendee lists to third parties.  If you receive an email solicitation regarding the PDI attendee list, please forward it to membership@asmconline.org.  

Booking through the official housing provider for PDI 2024, IMN Solutions, ensures you will be working with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees at the official hotels. 

IMN Solutions Housing does not send out solicitations of any kind.  If you do receive a solicitation from a housing company other than IMN Solutions, please contact us at asmchousing@imnsolutions.com. Please remember, we do not sell, trade, or rent any of the information we receive from our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, or partners.
 

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled after April 17, 2024, will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee and a hotel penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Through April 17, 2024, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting ASMC's housing provider at PDI 2024, IMN Solutions via email at asmchousing@imnsolutions.com. If notice of cancellation is received by IMN Solutions before April 17, 2024, there will be no charge to the credit card for cancellation. A cancellation occurring between April 17, and the arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee.

Individuals making reservations may secure their reservation by providing a credit card that will be placed on file in order to hold the reservation. This credit card will not be charged unless a cancellation occurs under the terms of the cancellation policy. A credit card must be provided at check in, and guests are responsible for their own room, tax, incidental and personal charges upon check out.

Transportation

Commercial Air

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 4 miles from the Phoenix Convention Center. There are 23 airlines offering flights from Phoenix and there are more than 1,200 daily flights at PHX.

Valley Metro offers airport passengers options to Sky Harbor International Airport by taking the bus (Routes 1 and 44) or connecting via light rail to PHX Sky Train from the 44th St./Washington Valley Metro Rail Station. The PHX Sky Train is a free service.

Taxis have a flat $17 rate from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to downtown. 
 

Transportation to and from Hotels and Convention Center

All PDI 2024 hotels are located within walking distance of the Convention Center.
 

Parking

Parking at the Phoenix Convention Center includes 8,800 covered spaces at an average daily rate of $15. You may choose to reserve and pre-pay for parking spaces with the Convention Center directly. The City of Phoenix also offers options for metered parking outside of the Convention Center.
